Cheuk Yiu LO (b. 1998) is based in Hong Kong and London. Lo’s works carry a beautiful blend of emotions and narratives, each speaking to a unique aspect of human connection and experience. She revolves around the intricacies of human emotions, relationships, and the fusion between nature and humanity. The sculptures express a narrative that encompasses vulnerability, protection, the beauty of familial bonds, and the interplay between organic elements, still-life and human form.
Her art is a reflection of the subtleties in connections, the layers within emotions, and the harmony found between the human spirit and the natural world.
Her sculptures offer viewers a glimpse into a world where emotions transcend the visible, inviting them to explore the depths of human connections and the beauty found within vulnerability and protection.
